Gates Land Company selects Pete Dye as the architect to design and build our golf course.

1973 18 Holes of Golf

The Club opens 18 holes of golf around a spring-fed lake, known as Curr Reservoir.

1985 Cheyenne Mountain Inn

Cheyenne Mountain Inn (now Resort) is built uphill from the Club as a signature destination and conference center.

2013 Renovation of the Golf Course

$4 million is poured into renovation of the golf course to include a new irrigation system & pump house, 11 new tees, 900,000 sq. ft. of sod, and 115 new trees.

2015 Alluvia Spa and Wellness Retreat

The Club adds a 9,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center facility and Alluvia Spa and Wellness Retreat.

2017 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, under the upscale brand Dolce Hotels & Resorts, takes over management of both the Club and Resort, investing $60 million into renovation.

Indoor Pool
2019 Indoor Pool Facility Opens

The brand-new indoor pool facility opens with a 25-yard pool and waterslides. The $60 million renovation continues at both the Club and Resort.

Pickleball Court
2020 Pickleball Courts

Installed 4 pickleball courts with new modular surface for a total of 8 outdoor
courts as our Pickleball community grows.
